Clubhouse Rental

The clubhouse facilities may be used for private parties sponsored by Victoria Bay homeowners, for no charge, although there will be a $100 cleaning deposit necessary at the time of booking a reservation, which must be made through Kuester Management and posted on the HOA calendar - available on the home page of the website.

All clubhouse uses are limited to the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. with a maximum attendance of 100 people. For every 10 guests under the age of 25 years, an adult over the age of 25 must be present.

If any alcoholic beverage other than wine or beer is served, or any alcoholic beverage is sold, the homeowner must also obtain a limited special occasion permit or such other permit required by the North Carolina ABC Commission. Also please refer to the Rental Agreement for requirements on insurance coverage, which also applies.
