We at Victoria Bay are required to follow the Town's regulations for the trees we plant in our yards.

When reading the requirements, please note that we are considered "property with landscape requirements" per the Town of Cornelius Land Development Code, not as "single-family residential property". As a result, permits are always required to remove trees from our properties.
